Adventure Elopements in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, & the Pacific Northwest
Your love story deserves an adventure!
Imagine vows carried by mountain air, quiet trails as your aisle, and a sunset that feels like it was painted just for you. I craft elopements that feel effortless, intimate, and uniquely yours - rooted in the wild places of the PNW.
Serving Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and the Pacific Northwest. Wherever your love story takes you, I will follow - even beyond the PNW if requested.
Why choose an elopement?
Because you’d rather feel the earth under your feet than a ballroom carpet. Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, or a cozy cabin afternoon, your connection deserves a backdrop that matches its energy.
As your adventure elopement photographer, I bring calm expertise and a spirit of exploration. I’ll help you pick the right trail or vista, craft a timeline that flows naturally, and handle permits so you can be fully present.

FAQ
Do you handle permits? Yes. Getting a Washington parks photography permit is standard practice for me and I can do the same for other states if needed as well.
What about drones? I don’t offer drone coverage at this time.
Can you use photoshop to make me look thinner? Nope—and here’s why. Part of what makes your photos magical is capturing the real you, not a version that looks like someone else. We don’t alter body shapes or change who you are. Instead, we focus on making you feel confident and comfortable during your session. If there’s something temporary—like a blemish or stray hair—we’ll take care of it. Our rule? If it’ll be gone in two weeks, we’ll remove it. Everything else stays, because your story deserves to be real.
What if the weather changes? Rain? Snow? Wind? Bring it on. Wild weather can create some of the most stunning, dramatic photos—and if you’re up for the adventure, we’ll make it unforgettable. If braving the elements isn’t what you want, no problem—we can reschedule for a better day. During planning, we’ll also create a backup plan so no matter what nature throws at us, your experience stays stress-free and beautiful.
Can we bring guests? Absolutely, if the location will support the amount of people you would like then why not.
We’re outdoorsy, but not hardcore. Is this for us? Absolutely, we don’t have to climb mountains to get to great locations.

Coming soon: guides to planning your adventure elopement.
Hi, I’m James, and I’ve always felt most at home in the mountains. Growing up, vacations meant hiking trails, camping under endless skies, playing in the ocean on the Oregon coast, and chasing sunsets that painted the sky gold. There’s something about the quiet of alpine lakes and the way clouds roll over peaks that reminds me what matters most—connection, simplicity, and the beauty of being present.
Those moments shaped me. They taught me that life isn’t about rushing from one thing to the next—it’s about slowing down and savoring experiences that feel real. That’s why I love helping couples create days that reflect who they are, not what tradition says they should be. Choosing an adventure elopement means choosing freedom, intimacy, and a story that unfolds in the wild—and I’d be honored to help you capture it.
